As we continue to build the newly formed Ironworkers Regional Shop Local 852 there are a few things you should know.

Local 852 was created by the consolidation of the following Locals:

• 399s - New Jersey
• 470 - Jamestown, NY
• 501 - Boston, MA
  
• 502 - Philadelphia, PA
• 521 - Scranton, PA
• 576 - Buffalo, NY
• 580s - NYC, NY
• 745 - Portsmouth, NH/Kittery, ME
• 807 - Augusta, ME
• 851 - Niagara Falls, NY 

Local 852's membership is currently over 1,300 strong and with our great histories and pride we fight to improve our livelihoods united. We provide decent wages and benefits for all our families all done within safe working conditions. Our members work in layout, Welding, Machine Operators, Finishers and Painters, Installation and Maintenance and much more.  Our skills are second to none!

Under our current leadership our goals will be to educate and guide the local into their bright future.  We will organize together to help get the respect that hard working people deserve.  We will organize our competition to help our contractors level the playing field to secure our work and futures.
